The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 5th Grand Reunion held on November 30, 2024, in Lagos, Nigeria, was a landmark occasion. This year’s event brought together alumni from diverse fields to reconnect, celebrate our legacy, and forge a shared vision for the future of LUCOSA.

Key Highlights from the Event:

1. 1. Keynote Address by Enesi Makoju
      The event opened with a powerful keynote speech by Enesi Makoju, Executive Director of Corporate Services & Finance at Aso Savings & Loans. His insightful exploration of navigating a VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) challenged attendees to embrace innovation and resilience, igniting conversations on how LUCOSA can thrive in an ever-changing world.
   2. Sports Competitions: Rekindling the Spirit of Sportsmanship
      Alumni displayed their competitive edge in thrilling football, chess, and lawn tennis tournaments. The Edo Chapter emerged victorious in football, proudly lifting the trophy amidst cheers and celebrations.
   3. Electoral Committee Presentation & Oath of Office
      The LUCOSA Electoral Committee presented the results of the highly anticipated elections, unveiling the new LUCOSA Executive Council. The newly elected officials took their oath of office, pledging their dedication to advancing the LUCOSA mission and fostering greater unity and impact. 
   4. Amendments and Resolutions
      Members deliberated on and adopted key amendments and resolutions, ensuring that the organization’s policies remain aligned with its goals of inclusivity, progress, and accountability.
